Consistent, creative, high quality dining & seamlessly orchestrated service has been the hallmark of Savona's success for over a decade. Executive Chef, Andrew Masciangelo's world class cooking is backed by the largest wine cellar in the state of Pennsylvania offering guests over 1,000 selections.

The recent addition of Bar Savona adds a new dimension to the enjoyment of dining at Savona. A marble bar, sexy outdoor patio and upstairs wine lounge sets the stage for a new spirit of relaxation and conviviality. Executive Chef, Andrew Masciangelo continues to employ his "farm to table" approach with a soulful regional Italian menu inspired by his Abruzesse heritage. The casual menu features hand cut pasta, perfectly blistered Pizza Margherita, natural creamy risotto and "farrotto", and wood grilled meats, fish and poultry. All selections are prepared with the same simplicity, consistency and attention to detail Savona has provided for over a decade. So... sit back...relax... grab a crispy pizza, swirl a glass of vino, listen to some hip tunes and feel the new vibe at Bar Savona!

Masciangelo's cuisine is supported by an award winning wine list of over 1,000 hand selected gems procured and cared for by Master Sommelier candidate, Melissa Monosoff. The collection is the largest of any restaurant in the state of Pennsylvania.

At Savona, it is our goal to provide you with guidance and knowledge without the intimidation often felt in restaurants with such extensive wine programs. Melissa Monosoff uses her studied palette, vast wine knowledge & soft approach to heighten each guests dining experience. At Savona, we believe every wine has a message and every winemaker has a dream. It is the sommeliers job to deliver that message, that dream to the table each and every day. The sommelier is the true link between the winery and the guest. Melissa Monosoff is the best of the best!

Meet Master Mixologist, Pablo "Papi" Hurtado.

Papi is the "gatekeeper" of cocktail culture on the Main Line and has a huge following of loyal guests who love to see him "shake". Every day, Papi is squeezing fresh juices by hand and crafting his own infusions of bitters, tinctures, syrups and extracts to blend the perfect cocktail. Making the perfect drink is an obsession and Papi is "OCD" all the way.

Experience the difference ice makes when it comes to enjoying a mixed drink. Papi uses crushed ice, ice chips, ice cubes and ice blocks to adjust the amount of melting he wants to take place in each concoction. I told you."OCD" , baby! No soda guns here, either, only bottled sodas for Papi.

When it comes to cocktail culture, we have tremendous respect for the traditional, but we are always experimenting with new flavors, textures and aromas to stimulate your senses. Mixology is Papi's life, so come in and experience the difference "balance" makes when it comes to the perfect cocktail. The only problem is you will never have another drink anywhere.

Stephane Buliard and Jerome Naulleau have teamed to provide guests with seamlessly orchestrated service which has been the hallmark of Savona's success for over a decade.

Stephane Buliard learned to respect "relentless pursuit of perfection" during is employment at Alain Ducasse in Monaco as well as at Gerard Boyer's "Les Crayere" in Champagne, France. Choreographer's make dancing look easy and Stephane directs the show. His team of experts recruited from Michelin starred restaurants from France make it all look simple. Tableside service is Stephane's specialty, so dine in our formal dining room to see the "surgeon" at work.
